Gabions for slope stabilization - correctly setting up and aligning stone baskets

In this video, I show you how I assemble the stone baskets for my new gabion wall and align them correctly on the prepared ground. By connecting several stone baskets, a gabion wall over 30 meters long and up to 2 meters high is created to secure the slope.

Once the ground for the gabion wall has been prepared, assembly begins. The mesh mats are securely connected with galvanized metal spirals to create a stable “endless wall”. In the video, I show you step by step how to assemble the gabions quickly and easily.

The gabions protect the slope and make better use of the space. A staircase is also installed in the middle and water pipes, empty pipes and filter fleece are integrated for drainage.
