Creating a raised bed on a slope: Installing honeycomb fleece and automatic irrigation - Part 2

In this video, I show you how I secure a slope with a new gabion wall and transform it into a decorative stone bed with automatic irrigation. I use a honeycomb fleece to stabilize the slope and integrate a drip pipe from Rain Bird to automatically water the plants.

The raised bed between the gabion walls is newly created and equipped with an automatic irrigation system. It is controlled by solenoid valves from Hunter, which are connected to my irrigation computer. The water is supplied via a 25 mm PE pipe.

In the second part of this video, I show how the drip pipe is laid out and the irrigation system is tested. A weed fleece protects the bed from unwanted plant growth. In addition, a honeycomb fleece is laid and filled with gravel to ensure the stability of the slope.
