In this video, I show how I connected the 4 Rain Bird solenoid valves in my lawn irrigation system to the Hunter X-Core irrigation computer. The 24V valves in the valve box each require their own wire for power, but a common ground wire can power all the valves at the same time. From running the control wires to connecting to the Hunter X-Core irrigation computer's electrical system to testing the installation, I'll show you the entire process step by step.

Project Description:
I use a lawn irrigation system in my garden with currently 3 separate zones, controlled by the Hunter X-Core irrigation computer. Due to the fluctuating water pressure in my area, I am unhappy with the current configuration. Therefore, the existing system will be converted from 3 to 6 irrigation circuits, with each circuit containing only 3 sprinklers.
This video is the 5th part of the series and shows the final preparations before the actual conversion of the system.
