Building an outdoor kitchen: Laying power cables, network & entertainment - Part 5

Building an outdoor kitchen: Laying power cables, network & entertainment - Part 5

In this video, I show you how I lay and connect the power cables for my new outdoor kitchen. Sockets, light switches and lamps are prepared and I also lay the cables for the network and entertainment.

A gabion terrace created many years ago is to be transformed into an outdoor kitchen. The centerpiece is my Napoleon Phantom P500 gas barbecue, and perhaps a pizza oven will also be added. A sink, fridge and lots of entertainment technology will also be moving into the new outdoor kitchen. In my β€œOutdoor kitchen” project series, I follow the individual construction stages with my camera.

Part 5 - Laying and preparing the electrics: In the 5th part of the series, I prepare the electrical supply for the outdoor kitchen. I drill holes for flush-mounted sockets, draw channels for empty conduits and lay the first cables.
