This video is an example of some of the breakfast meals I've been serving my toddler. They are quick, simple and tasty. My little one is 15 months old, and Loves food! Luckily she is not picky (yet). These meals would probably do well with picky eaters too!

Creamsicle Smoothie
~ 1 Orange
~ 1 Frozen banana
~ 1/2 C Kefir or Yogurt
~ 1/2 C Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
~ 1 tsp. honey (for babies over 1 year, otherwise use maple syrup)
~ 4 Ice cubes
` ~ Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. ~`
Cinnamon Banana and Peanut Butter Oat Smoothie
~ 1 Frozen Banana
~ 1 tbsp. Peanut or nut butter of choice
~ 1/4 C Rolled oats
~ 1/4 C Plain kefir or yogurt
~ 1/2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
~ 1 tsp cinnamon
~ 4 Ice cubes
`~ Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
