High protein oats tikki is healthy and lighter evening snack that can be prepared very easily using every day ingredients that is available in kitchen
Ingredients
1. 1 cup grind oats
2. 100 gm smashed paneer
3. 1/2 cup soya granuels ( soaked in water water for 1 hr)
4. Tomato( 2), garlic( 4 pc )and green chilli( 1) paste
5. Black pepper 1/2 TSB
6. Salt
