3 INGREDIENTS BROCCOLI BITES! 🥦
Ingredients:
* 100g (1 1/2 cups) steamed broccoli florets
* 3 eggs
* 50g (1/2 cup) grated cheddar cheese
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350 F).
2. Mash broccoli with a fork.
3. Add all the ingredients in a bowl.
4. Beat the eggs then mix everything well.
5. Spoon into your muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are golden on top.
6. Let them cool slightly before serve.

❄️ Once cooled, transfer egg muffins to a food storage container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Egg muffins can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. To reheat, preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and warm egg muffins for 5–10 minutes, or until heated through.
