Driving to Work Meditation/ Mindless Mindfulness Meditation _________________________________________ Turn your usual mindless drive to work into an opportunity to practice mindfulness.
Focusing on the present moment will help you be a better driver and have a more engaging commute to work.
I recommend that you take a moment before driving to set up yourself in you driving posture. Sit on a blanket or butt cushion so you can easily stay tall in your posture so you can breathe deeper. Make sure you have everything you need for your day, your devices are set up, and take a couple deep breaths to invite a spirit guide, say a prayer, or set an intention to by mindful on your drive to work. Oh yeah, make sure you don’t close your eyes for this meditation!
