Valve box installation for lawn irrigation - Install Rain Bird distributor and Hunter i20 sprinkler

In this video, I show you how to install and connect the valve box for my new lawn irrigation system. The 4 Rain Bird solenoid valves reliably ensure that the Hunter i20 sprinklers are automatically supplied with water. A 5th water circuit is also installed, which feeds another distribution box. From there, the hedge irrigation system and the greenhouse are supplied with water.

My garden irrigation system currently irrigates 3 zones, controlled via the Hunter X-Core lawn irrigation computer. These zones are activated one after the other. The Hunter i20 pop-up sprinklers water reliably, but the water pressure in my area fluctuates greatly, which leads to uneven watering. I therefore decided to expand the system and split the 3 previous irrigation circuits into 6 circuits, each with 3 sprinklers. This optimizes the water supply and improves the efficiency of the irrigation.
