The Dutchman technique is taught to Stonemason and PCC apprentices of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 1. It involves cutting out the stone in need of repair and replacing it with a new matching piece of stone.
PCC apprentice Yaneth Flores practiced this technique for the first time in training on January 9th.
