In this video, I take a pile of masonry nails and turn them into a Japanese style petty knife using the canister Damascus method. I show the full process step by step — from forging the Damascus billet, shaping and grinding the blade, to crafting a custom handle made from Caribbean rosewood, nickel silver, and African ebony.
