Building the pool: Plastering walls, connecting pipes and preparing solar heating

The conversion of our pool is entering its second year, but we are nearing the finish line: the pool liner will soon be installed. Before that, I plastered the new formwork pool and reinforced it with reinforcing mesh to ensure maximum stability.

To make sure that all the pool pipes and connections work, I tested the pipes with water. The skimmer, pump and sand filter system have also been prepared. The pool installation is nearing completion! Unfortunately, the EPDM solar heater has a few holes - probably caused by animals. I will repair these soon.

Pool conversion project: Our pool is being converted from an oval steel wall pool into a rectangular concrete pool made of formwork stones.
