In this video, I show you how to build the bar and bar counter for my new outdoor kitchen. I also install the window to complete the shell of the outdoor kitchen. The aerated concrete blocks can then be plastered.
The gabion terrace will be transformed into a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The centerpiece is my large Napoleon Phantom P500 gas barbecue. A pizza oven could also be added. A sink, fridge and lots of entertainment electronics will also be integrated into the new kitchen. I document the individual construction stages in my outdoor kitchen project series.
Part 4: Building the bar, counter, windows and rear wall with aerated concrete | Ytong
Now that the base and the first rows of bricks are in place, it's time to build the bar and counter. This will open up the outdoor kitchen to the pool. A south-facing window will bring additional light into the outdoor kitchen. This step completes the shell of the new outdoor kitchen.
