Build your own pool: Brick steps and platform, install inlet nozzles - Part 6

In this video, I build the steps and platform for our new square pool using concrete blocks. I also install the inlet nozzles on the west side by drilling the appropriate holes in the wall with a core drill. On the east side, I build the stairs, which connect to a platform in the water at a height of one meter. I build both with formwork blocks and also reinforce them with steel reinforcement to increase the stability of the walls.

The conversion of our pool is progressing. An oval steel-walled pool becomes a rectangular pool made of concrete formwork blocks. I'm documenting the construction work in a series in which I take you with me step by step. The new pool will not only have proper steps, but also a sunbathing area in the water.
