Welcome back to SB Live Soil 🌱
In our newest Korean Natural Farming video we will take you through the process of creating your very own organic FFJ. FFJ or Fermented Fruit Juice is a very nutritious liquid made by fermenting sweet fruits with a sugar source and the microbes in the air. This juice can be made with several kinds of fruits and can even be made all in one batch so need for several jars to be going of different fruits. Microbes in the air will feed on the sugar and the carbohydrates on your source of fruit and will break down all the organic material of your fruit. Once the material breaks down, it produces a thick liquid that consists of all the beneficial nutrients that were in the fruit and makes them water soluble so your plants and soil can access it when you apply vía foliar spray or soil drench. These FFJs can be used at the beginning of the transition phase of your plant, all the way until the day of harvest. Because this is a natural source of nutrients and sugar there is no need to flush weeks before harvesting. This is plant, animal , and human safe and has a slight sweet alcoholic flavor when drank. Depending on which fruit you decide to use will give you different nutrients and enzymes best suited for your grow. For cannabis , this will add potassium directly to your soil and plants , which will provide bigger and more resin coated buds . Using FFJs will greatly increase your yield , flavor profile , and overall life of your cannabis plant.
