Here’s a quick low-carb breakfast that’s perfect for busy mornings:
Ingredients:
• 150g Tomato puree
• 100g Zucchini
• 100g Mushrooms
• 3 Eggs
Instructions:
Chop mushrooms & zucchini and cook in a pan.
Add tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
Make small spaces in the pan and crack the eggs in. Cook another 10 min until eggs are done.
Enjoy a protein-packed, low-carb meal that fuels your day!
