Ingredients
β’2 eggs
β’1 banana
β’1 cup grated carrots
β’1 cup loosely packed spinach
β’1 cup zucchini
β’1/4 cup avocado oil
β’1/4 milkβ’1/3 cup honey β’1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β’1 1/4 cup flour
β’1 teaspoons baking soda
β’1 teaspoons baking powder
β’1/3 cup cocoa powder
β’ΒΌ teaspoon salt
β’ΒΌ cup chocolate chips
Directions
1)Blend together the veggies & wet ingredients.
2)In a separate bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.
3)Add in the mixture from the blender and stir together.
4)Spray muffin tin and spoon the muffin mixture into the cups.
5)Top with chocolate and bake in oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.
