5 Simple High Protein Eggs Recipes **for building muscle**

This magnificent food given from nature it's one of the most nutritious dens foods and it should be part of our daily diet. Eggs are not only full of nutrients and vitamins but they are also delicious and can be prepared in so many ways.

In today's video I prepared 5 simple high protein eggs recipes that are very easy to make. Three of them are for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner.

All of them consist of whole foods and they are very healthy. Feel free to try these eggs recipes and let me know what you think about them.

Breakfast burrito:
-4 eggs scrambled
-1/2 avocado
-vegetables
-ham
-tortilla

Breakfast pancakes
-3 eggs
-50g oats
-1 banana
-1/2 whey protein (cinnamon)
-baking powder
- honey and blueberries

Egg toast:
-4 eggs
-2 slices of toast
-1/2 avocado
-ham
vegetables

Rice bowl:
-2 or 3 eggs
-250g rice cooked
-80g chicken
-vegetables
-soy sauce

Spanish tortilla:
-5 eggs
-300g potatoes raw
-3 medium onions
-2 spoons skyr
-condiments
