Progressive muscle relaxation is a great relaxation technique for overcoming anxiety naturally, relaxing your muscles and your mind. It is often recommended by therapists and medical doctors for its many benefits. In progressive muscle relaxation you tense muscles and then relax them in a systematic way. It is a no medication approach and therefore is safe for most people to use. However, if you feel too nauseated or dizzy don’t tense the muscles, merely relax them instead.

All you have to do is find a comfortable seat and follow-along.
