Enjoy this 1 minute breathing exercise for anxiety. This is box breathing. Inhale, hold, exhale, then hold for equal lengths.
Breathe in 5 seconds, hold 5 seconds, breathe out 5 seconds, hold 5 seconds.
The slow breathing pattern can gradually make you feel more calm.
Breathe in gently through your nose. Breathe out gently through your mouth like you are blowing out a candle. Or you can just breathe in and out through your nose if it's comfortable for you.
