De-winterizing the pool - putting the pool into operation step by step

With the start of the nice weather, our pool was brought out of hibernation today. I replaced the 3-year-old filter sand with filter glass (see separate video: https://youtu.be/dbxA97Pf4iU).
The pump was then reinstalled, all the pipes connected and the solar heating checked for proper function. I adjusted the electrics and the pool chemistry, measured and regulated the pH and chlorine levels. The pool was cleaned and topped up.
The Dolphin E10 pool robot was allowed to clean the pool floor three times before the solar tarpaulin was put on at the end of the day.
