If you live in zones 5-9, don’t throw your mums out after you are done decorating for fall! Plant them in the garden for natural pest repellent. 🍂
We are in zone 8a (previously 7b) and have had no troubles getting mums to come back whenever we decide to plant them. Sometimes we leave them in the pots and they ✨still ✨ come back. However, if you are in colder zones (5-6), plant them before you first frost to decrease the chances of your roots freezing and the plant ☠️ ing
