Korean Natural Farming, How to make Papaya Fermented Fruits Juice (FFJ)
The basic behind permented fruit juice is to extract the nutrians from the fruits and make it decomposition into liquid juice and with good probiotics necessary for plants growth.
Fermented Fruits Juice is made from sweet ripe fruits mixing with molasses and EM (Effective Macro Organisms) culture, fermented for a period of time to promote flowering and fruit.
Materials needed in making Fermented Fruit Juice
- one five gallons bucket
- ripe papayas and pineapple
- molasses and EM culture
How to make Fermented Fruit Juice
- Chop the papayas into small pieces so that the juice can easily extracted.
- Blend pineapple with water :
Pineapple is blended with water to help quicker the decomposition and also we can get some vitamins from it such as calcium and phosphorous and zinc from it.
- mix together with molasses
- Water, if needed, just enough to top off the plant material.
- store in cool and dry place, make sure the storage not infested with cockroaches or mice, because they might feed on the mixture and conteminate the Juice.
