|| Fermented Fruit Juice ||
Fermented Fruit Juice (FFJ) is an artificial honey. It is a nutritional activation enzyme and is very effective in natural farming. FFJ is a kind of FPJ that only uses fruits as its main ingredients.
This natural farming method was developed by Dr. Han Kyu Cho of South Korea.
FFJ can improve the flavor of the crops because it also functions as a natural taste enhancer.
The fermentation process usually takes about a week but in some cases, it may take about a month or longer. To produce FFJ, it is better to use overripe fruits because it can lessen the fermentation period and necessary microorganisms like molds are already present in them.
|| Preparation ||
|| Ingredients ||
Ripe Banana / Papaya / Pineapple / Apple : 1KG
Jaggery / Brown Sugar : 1KG
Mixing Bowl
Glass Jar
Cloth / Newspaper
Rope
1. In a mixing bowl add chopped bananas, same ratio of jaggery.
2. Mix it well.
3. Add it in Glass jar ( it's should be dry, not wet. It's almost like pickling process )
4. Close the jar with cloth/ newspaper, put the the knot with rope.
5. Once a day mix the mixture with a wooden stick. ( U can skip it )
6. Check the container after a week or two, looking for a brown liquid at the bottom of the jar. If liquid exists, the fruit has fermented. If not, allow the jar to rest undisturbed for another week or two until fermentation occurs.
7. You can remove the liquid from solid matter or directly u can use it.
8. When you are using sprayer, strain it well.
9. Dosage: Mix 2 tablespoons of FFJ with 1 liter of clean water. In severe cases, double the dosage if needed.
10. Spray it on the flowers and fruits 1 to 2 times a week. Doing this is more important at the onset of flowering and fruit setting because the mixture is rich in phosphorus and potassium, which are necessary during these stages.

About us :

Grow your food || Don't waste food.
Everyone should have garden & has to grow their food. If you guys don't have land or terrace no worries at least you can start growing leafy vegetables in less sunlight also in your balconies.
Gardening is good for our mental health, it can reduce stress and make you feel more energized. Plants require a lot of attention. Learning how to care for the plants properly from watering to weeding is a great lesson in responsibility for kids so it's good for kids too.
And we can cook yummy food with organic veggies.
Thank you
