Today, we’re putting together a simple and beautiful DIY planter… featuring rosemary, lavender, and marigolds.
Why these three?
Let’s start with rosemary. It’s not just great for cooking—its strong scent helps keep bugs like mosquitoes and flies away. And it adds a fresh, herbal fragrance wherever you place it.
Next is lavender. Soft purple flowers, a calming aroma… and it’s a natural way to deter moths and other pests. It’s beauty and function all in one.
And finally, marigolds. These bright, cheerful flowers don’t just look good— they actually protect nearby plants by repelling insects like aphids and even rabbits.
