The UPS Store St. Cloud FL with owner Monica Castano is our St. Cloud FL Business Spotlight this month. Jeanine had the pleasure of interviewing owner Monica Castano.
Jeanine started the interview by asking how long Monica has owned the business. She replied that the store opened 10 months ago and has taken over ownership 8 months ago.
Jeanine then asked her when she got started in this business and why did she choose this niche. Monica answered that she wanted to work more locally and moved out of a busy area to Saint Cloud, FL. Another benefit is being closer to family as well.
Monica was then asked by Jeanine for those who don’t know her well to tell the audience more about herself. She grew up in a military family so she did move around a lot but she always found her way back to Florida. She loves living in Saint Cloud. She grew up in Jacksonville, Pensacola, and Poinciana and all around, but she loves St. Cloud.
Monica was asked what services they offer in The UPS Store. She said they process Amazon returns, they offer mailboxes, Notary services, copying, shipping, printing, business cards, brochures, and they also ship internationally.
She was then asked by Jeanine what if a visitor were in town, what is the one thing or place you would tell them to do or visit. Monica replied that they should visit the Twin Oaks Conservation. It is a great place to walk, or have a picnic. She also recommended the Garage Bar in downtown St. Cloud for some lively entertainment and music.
