Some examples we’ve seen: -- A parent who is not strong in language who has her children take live, interactive HSC Spanish, Latin, or German courses. -- A busy parent with many little children and a self-directed teen who enjoys taking recorded, independent-learning courses. -- A parent who would like to have a third party grade and comment on writing assignments. -- A family who lives in a state that requires at least one online course for graduation. -- A parent who wants her child to experience answering to a teacher, other than mom, before leaving for college. -- Many parents who simply love our instructors and course offerings.
The important thing here is that parents have the freedom to pick and choose individual courses that work best for them. With the wide variety of courses, homeschoolers can easily fill any holes in their curriculum or focus on a child’s special interest.
