🌱 What My Toddler Eats in a Day | Easy Healthy Vegan Meals for Littles 🥑

✨ Recipes & Links:
🥞 Mini Pancake Bites (makes 30–40 tiny pancakes)
Ingredients:
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1½ cups soy (or other plant) milk
2 Tbsp avocado oil (+ drizzle for pan)
Directions:
1. Heat skillet on medium-low and add a drizzle of avocado oil.
2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.
3. Scoop ~1 Tbsp per pancake, flip when bubbly and golden.
