Saint Cloud FL calendar of events for September 2022 presented by Jeanine Corcoran broker for Corcoran Connect. She is joined by her co-host Kristin Macari owner of Studio Nine 13. Welcome to the 31st episode of Discover St. Cloud Florida.
Jeanine was asked by Kristin what is going on in St. Cloud FL as far as events for September 2022. She replied that there are several events happening this month.
Jeanine led off with Thrive Thursday which happens on September 1st. This event happens from 6:30 – 7:30 PM at Hopkins Park in Saint Cloud. This is a free event, and it is for adults. They will have healthy cooking demos and show a better path to a healthier and happier you.
Kristin mentioned an event happening on Saturday, September 3rd at 9:00 PM. There is going to be a power surge party at the Garage Bar which is at 1018 Pennsylvania avenue in Saint Cloud. They invite you to let loose after a long week of work.
Jeanine said Tuesday, September 6th is the next event. Zumba classes will take place at the Civic Center, there is a $5 fee. Every Tuesday and Thursday there will also be a walking club at the Civic Center as well. Next Jeanine said that a fun event will happen on Friday, September 9th at 8:00 PM. Speak Easy live at Blues ‘N’ Brews will hold Speak Easy Live which is sure to be a good time. They are located at 1122 Pennsylvania Ave in Saint Cloud Florida.
Kristin then announced that the men’s softball season will happen between September 15 and November 17th. Games will be played every Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM. Every team will have 13 players. Players need to be at least 18 years old. The fee is $70 for the season for each player.
Traditional Lifestyle Creations located at 4999 Disston Dr, will be hosting their 3rd Anniversary celebration featuring live bluegrass music Jeanine stated. This event will happen on Saturday, September 17th from 12 – 4 PM. There is no admission fee, and everyone is welcome.
The next event is the Harmony Market Kristin said on September 18th which is a Sunday. The market will take place from 10 – 2 PM. Kristin said the August Harmony Market was fantastic.
Next on Saturday, September 25th through October 2nd from 9 – 5 PM Jeanine said there will be lifeguard training classes at the Aquatic Center. Kids will need to be at least 15 years of age to participate.
The last event will be on Friday, September 30th at 5:30 PM. The Royal St. Cloud Golf Links at 5310 Michigan Ave in St. Cloud will be holding a swing into mental health night fundraising event. There will be individual tickets as well as tickets for foursomes. Dinner will be served, and raffle prizes will be given away. There will be a golf cart decorating contest, award ceremony, and live entertainment.
