If your picky eating kids are driving you nuts, try letting them help you in the kitchen. Christopher Ackerman, a research associate at the Center for Tobacco Studies at Rutgers School of Public Health and an amateur chef, says children are more likely to try new foods if they help prepare and cook them. Ackerman should know, he helps run the Coqui the Chef program which teaches healthy cooking to youngsters around New York City.
