*Plan* 1:37:55

By using jigs, it is possible to achieve high-precision woodworking in a small space at a low cost. Handheld power tools and jigs can often serve as effective alternatives to large and expensive machines. Since they are lightweight, they can also be taken outdoors for work.

Router
I use the HiKOKI M3608DA router, but the base plate tends to shift when re-tightening the screws. Make sure to press the base plate in the same direction each time while tightening the screws. If the base plate shifts, some jigs may not function properly.

Angle Grinder
I use jigs numbered 95-100 with a speed controller (1:35:07) to reduce the speed for safety, as the grinder's rotation speed is high. It's important to securely attach the base plate so that it fits snugly against the grinder body. (I removed a small protrusion from the grinder body.)

Note: When following the plans and instructions provided in this video, please proceed at your own risk. I cannot assume responsibility for any accidents or malfunctions that may occur during the creation or use of these projects. Always prioritize safety and wear appropriate protective gear while working. Avoid overloading the tools, such as by continuous operation.
