This is probably one of the coolest beginner woodworking projects out there. I made my first one and am going to make more. Simple construction, no angle cuts or miter cuts required. Only woodworking power tool you have is a circular saw? This is the project for you. You could make it with a handsaw, hammer, nails, tape measure & square and box store lumber.
