I didn't buy the wood, but mostly recycled wood and used wood I had on hand. The wood used for the vise is mahogany.
The workbench top is made of poplar with oak and ash glued on top. The top is 2 5/8 inches thick (the maypoles on each side are 2 3/4 inches).
The wood used for the substructure is wood used outside.
The dimensions are 24 D X 59 1/2 L X 30 1/2 H.
This is the amount I paid.
VISE : Jorgensen 7-in Cast iron Woodworkers Vise(I got two for $40 at a garage sale.)
